As you can imagine I am sleep deprived, exhausted, and deliriously happy. Born December 16, Riley Rex Miller measured 21 1/2 inches and weighed 9 lbs. 10 oz. My three big boys are just as smitten with their little brother as I am. My hubby has taken to holding the baby on the couch like champ.

This is my friend Janna who was my best friend in high school. We started in the same place but have lived our lives so different. She went off to college and taught English in Kyoto, Japan. I stayed on Oahu, got married, and had kids. Although our life paths have gone in different directions I am happy that they have crossed again.
Janna is now a realtor on the North Shore. She surfs and does yoga on a daily basis. I am so jelly beans.
And now for a personal update. Baby R has yet to make an appearance. I am now over a week late and getting anxious. I was really hoping 12/12 would be the date (easy to remember!) but no. Whenever he decides to show up, I am so ready. I can’t wait to show him off to his big brothers.

Last year I photographed musician and song writer Hope Mayo. This year I get to see something in print! I am so excited to share that an image has been published in Hawaii Modern Luxury Magazine. This particular magazine is printed in English and Japanese and can be found in every hotel room at the Moana Hotel in Waikiki.
I am so excited for Hope and her ever blossoming music career. You can catch her live next week in Waikiki.

I am due on Saturday! I am so excited, but there is still SO much work to do…
My husband and I have been working on a huge and fantastic job for Hawaiian Airlines who recently celebrated their 80th Anniversary. We went to all the islands to shoot corporate head shots and on the job photos of their employees. I have really enjoyed spending the last few weeks with my hubby, but it really put a halt on my other work.
We spent one evening watching the sunset with the whole family while shooting Honolulu Airport.
This shot is about 12 images merged together in photoshop.
I shot my LAST on location session last week. It was so fun to be on the beach again but I was feeling really pregnant. It is time to relax on the beach and not run and climb after love birds. Here are a few of my favorites so far.
Do you recognize Jilly? She met and fell in love with Jake when she was off fighting fires this summer on the mainland. Way more to come next week after I wrap up my last weddings of the year.
