So after I put out the word about wanting a surfing bride, John wrote me saying he would surf in a suit for me. Big smiles.
John is a photographer with an awesome smile and a great outlook on life. Thanks John for suffering in the awful Waikiki traffic with me. I had a blast!

Tracy asked me before she knew I was pregnant to shoot her family for the holiday season. Remembering what fun we had last year, I had no problem saying yes. Our session this time around was just as adventurous. We started in Haleiwa, then made our way up Pupukea, and ended at my favorite beach in the world. If you look back, Seth has grown so much. I had a blast shooting this little family.
I only have four and a half weeks til my due date. I am starting to nest, but I don’t feel ready for the baby yet. Time has been flying by and with the kids only in school 4 days a week, my work hours are dwindling.
I have 2 more shoots and one HUGE corporate job (details later!) to go before I can officially put the camera aside. I think my trip to the hospital will be when I finally stop working…

This is the third winter in a row that I have shot my friend and model Jilly. She is always down for anything. She has climbed up trees, jumped in boats, and now deep sea swimming and always in a white dress. Now Jilly is engaged and planning her wedding for May of 2011. I am so excited to shoot her big day. Plans have been made to go jump off Waimea Bay’s jump rock after the ceremony. :)
We met up last week to catch up and do a little shoot on the East side of Oahu.

We had such a great time. Underwater photography has been a dream of mine for so long. I am so excited to have the ability to make it come true.
